The Network of Women in Business is pleased to have the opportunity to honor three outstanding women at our annual Gala. All awards are open to any woman who currently resides in the State of Indiana.

Eligibility
- Sole proprietor, founder or co-founder of company, currently involved in running the business with at least 50% ownership
- Demonstrates leadership within the organization, dedicated to employee development
- Shows accomplishment and evidence of “needle-moving,” overcoming obstacles or discoveries made
- Is an active member of her community
- The business must be in operation for a minimum of five years
Mentor of the Year
Recognizes an outstanding woman who has served as a guiding light for another professional woman
