Annual membership dues are $130.00. Your payment may be made via check or credit card to the address above. Or you may pay on-line using Paypal.

If paying by credit card, please provide your name as it appears on the card, Visa or MasterCard designation, card number and expiration date. You may mail, email (membership@nowib.com), phone or fax that information to the office. As soon as the office receives your payment, your membership will be renewed. You will receive an email verification of your membership when we receive your payment. If you do not receive verification of your membership, within 5 days, please call the NOWIB office at 317.767.7672.
